Through the use of ceremony, guided visualization, energy work,
movement, and creative activities you will discover
new and exciting ways to
love and honor Self.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and bring some type of scarf, shawl, cloth that can be worn as a hip scarf. Bring a drum if you have one you love.
Also, bring an altar item that represents you at your BEST!
