How To Choose Your Shaman

SR/E is never done without permission of client either orally or by their chief guide. To do it without permission invites instant karmic retribution on the shaman. This is also known as sorcery.
The shaman you choose should possess the following qualities:

• Intent "must" be for the greater (client's) good
• The process is not a "power trip" for the shaman
• Helping the client does not involve control
• Protecting the client's confidentiality
• Honoring the client's or guide's choice
• Not become entrapped in client created drama
• Nonjudgmental of the client's situation
• Dealing honorably with negative energy
• Avoiding the fear trap

A person who wishes to have SR/E performed on them should consider the following:

1. Where did shaman learn about SR/E?
2. Ask for references.
3. Ask yourself how you feel about the shaman (gut feeling).

Should any of this information make you feel uneasy or your inner voice raises a "red flag", thank the prospective SR/E facilitator and find another shaman that is more appropriate for you.
